Walk-in || Freelance Recruiter

We are seeking experienced Freelance Recruiters to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in candidate sourcing and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This role requires the ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously and deliver high-quality, relevant candidate profiles within established deadlines. Freelance Recruiters will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring needs by identifying and engaging top talent across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Ensure timely delivery of candidate profiles to meet recruitment deadlines.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
