Walk-in Interviews – Travel Product Listing Executive

JTR Prime Link Services, the operational branch of Dubai-based JTR Holidays in Pakistan, is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Product Listing Specialist. Operating from Rawalpindi, JTR Prime Link Services supports core business functions such as customer service, content management, and technical support for JTR Holidays, a global travel and tourism company. JTR Holidays offers a diverse range of travel products including tours, sightseeing experiences, attraction tickets, transfers, and comprehensive holiday packages across international destinations. This role focuses on creating, optimizing, and managing product listings to ensure seamless operations and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, upload, update, and manage travel products including tours, attractions, activities, tickets, and holiday packages.
- Ensure all product information such as descriptions, images, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, availability, and booking conditions are accurate and complete.
- Import travel products from suppliers and third-party platforms using APIs, automated feeds, and other integration methods.
- Manage bulk product uploads and synchronize product details, images, pricing, and availability automatically.
- Coordinate product imports from API-connected suppliers, resolving import errors, missing data, and synchronization issues.
- Perform product and category mapping along with data validation to ensure correct display on the website.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and improve product onboarding efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams and suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve product integration issues.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce product listing, travel product management, or online product catalog management.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for business-related tasks.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and product management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn new AI tools and automation technologies.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with technical and operations teams.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Rawalpindi, with day shift availability. Walk-in interviews are conducted Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the office located in Bahria Town Clock Tower, Phase 7 Rawalpindi, Hamdan Plaza, Kabul Restaurant Building, 2nd floor, office #1.
