Walk In Interviews-CSR Call Center

Prime BPO 5 is seeking Customer Engagement Specialists (CES) to join outbound US sales campaigns. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates as well as experienced call center agents who are eager to develop their careers and benefit from uncapped earning potential. The position requires working night shifts and offers a professional environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote products and services effectively to close sales
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets consistently
- Ensure professional call quality while adhering to compliance standards

Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in a US sales campaign, or fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills
- Availability to work night shifts
- Candidates must not be currently studying or employed elsewhere

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Rawalpindi. The monthly salary ranges from Rs60,000 to Rs75,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and performance. Walk-in interviews are conducted at the company’s office located on the 2nd Floor, Kamran Javeed Plaza, above Askari Bank, near Khwaja Corporation Chowk, Adiala Road.
