Field Sales Executive – IT & AI Solutions

WalQalum Technologies is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote KiddieCove, our AI-powered school management platform, to schools, colleges, and educational institutions in Lahore. This is a field-based role: you will visit schools, meet principals and owners, understand their needs, and show how KiddieCove can help them. You don't need to be a tech expert. We provide full product training, and our technical team supports you with demos and proposals. We're looking for someone with at 6 months to1 year of field sales experience, confidence in meeting new people, and good communication in Urdu and English. Experience selling software or selling to schools is a plus. This is an individual contributor role with a competitive base salary plus performance-based commission.

Responsibilities

Identify and visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions within the assigned area
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
Meet principals, owners, and administrators to understand their needs and present KiddieCove
Coordinate with the technical team for product demos and proposals
Follow up with prospects and manage deals through to closing
Maintain records of visits, leads, and deals, and share weekly activity reports
Meet monthly sales and visit targets
Represent WalQalum at education events, expos, and networking sessions when required
Share market feedback, such as competitor offerings and common school questions, with management
