We are a dynamic startup looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Partner, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by bidding on projects on Upwork and other platforms, with compensation based on the successful completion of each project.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success and future opportunities.
- Collaborate with our team to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our unique offerings.
- Negotiate project terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track and report on project progress and success rates to inform future business strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a startup environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Familiarity with Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on the successful completion of each project. You will receive a percentage of the project value for each successful bid.
