My City Hospital is a trust-based, multi-specialty healthcare facility committed to providing comprehensive medical services under one roof. We are dedicated to serving humanity with quality care and are currently seeking experienced Ward Boys/Ayas/Patient Attendants for full-time positions. The role involves working across various departments including Gynecology & Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Medical and Surgical Wards, ICU, NICU, PICU, Emergency Room (ER), and Outpatient Department (OPD). Candidates should be prepared to work 12-hour shifts covering both day and night rotations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks such as providing bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves. Help patients with mobility, including assisting with bathroom visits, showers, and baths.
- Support patients in activities of daily living by serving meals, feeding when necessary, helping with ambulation, turning, and repositioning. Provide fresh water and nourishment between meals.
- Ensure patient comfort by using available resources and materials, transporting patients as needed, responding promptly to call lights and patient requests, and reporting observations to nursing supervisors.
- Carry patient files containing forms, reports, and progress records as required.
- Maintain operational efficiency by adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Protect patient confidentiality and uphold the organization’s values by safeguarding sensitive information.
- Contribute to the hospital community by following professional standards and hospital protocols.
- Enhance the reputation of the nursing department and hospital by proactively accepting new tasks and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Matriculation from a recognized institution.
- Ability to read and understand both Urdu and English languages.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous hospital experience is preferred, especially in wards and critical care units such as ICU, NICU, and PICU.
- Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage emergency situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and emergencies.

- Shift-based work schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Contract Details:
- This is a full-time, contract position with a contract length of 12 months.
- Salary package ranges from Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 28,000 per month.
- Work location is on-site at the hospital.
