Warehouse & Accounts Assistant

SH Traders, a leading provider of complete restaurant equipment solutions, is seeking a Warehouse & Accounts Executive to join their team in Karachi. This role is specifically open to male candidates and is ideally based in or near the Korangi Industrial Area. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 55,000. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory and supporting basic accounting functions within a dynamic import or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system data to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels closely to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to support effective inventory planning.
- Update inventory records using ERP/CRM or other inventory management software.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all warehouse items to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports and assist with annual stock audits as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, warehouse management, supply chain, and basic accounting, preferably within an import or manufacturing setup.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with inventory management software such as ERP or CRM systems.
