Key Responsibilities
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations at the Karachi Division location. This includes receiving incoming goods, verifying deliveries against delivery challans (D.C), and coordinating shipping schedules to ensure timely dispatch. The role requires maintaining accurate inventory levels by updating stock records and organizing materials in designated storage areas. The coordinator will support regular stock counts and oversee material handling activities, ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading of products. Collaboration with sales and procurement teams is essential to fulfill customer orders accurately. Additionally, the Warehouse Coordinator must maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in shipping and receiving to efficiently manage the flow of materials. Proficiency in inventory control and management is essential to maintain accurate stock records and reduce discrepancies. Effective communication skills are necessary for coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and customers. Practical experience in material handling, including safe loading, unloading, and storage of building materials, is required.
