Warehouse Executive

RapidX Ventures is seeking a dedicated full-time Warehouse Executive to join their team in Karachi. This on-site position operates during morning shifts and focuses on managing the end-to-end fulfillment process. The role involves overseeing receiving, storage, picking and packing, dispatch, inventory and SKU management, courier coordination, RTO recovery, quality control, and supervising the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in warehouse or logistics operations, particularly within the e-commerce sector, and be comfortable managing a high volume of daily orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt and proper storage of incoming goods to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Oversee the picking, packing, and dispatch of orders efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Maintain accurate inventory and SKU records using inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
- Handle Return to Origin (RTO) recovery processes to minimize losses.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards in order fulfillment.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth and productive operations.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Proven experience in handling large volumes of orders, preferably 1,500+ daily.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and SKU management.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, morning-shift environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in e-commerce logistics is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary range from PKR 50,000 to PKR 100,000 based on experience and performance.
