The warehouse helper plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the store by assisting the storekeeper with receiving, storing, issuing, and organizing materials and supplies. This position ensures smooth warehouse activities by maintaining accurate inventory records, adhering to safety standards, and facilitating efficient material handling. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach to managing stock and warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving incoming goods by verifying quantities and specifications, and promptly reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Support the loading, unloading, movement, and proper storage of materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with established safety standards.
- Participate in stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow inventory control procedures, including FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles, along with proper material handling guidelines.
- Report damaged, obsolete, or expired stock and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Pack, label, and prepare goods for storage, transfer, or dispatch as required.
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to meet daily operational targets efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and inventory management processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of Intermediate level education in commerce or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
- Ability to read labels, documentation, and perform stock counts accurately.
