Warehouse Incharge

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Incharge to join our team on a full-time basis at our facility located in Korangi, Karachi. This role operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 50,000 to 70,000. The Warehouse Incharge will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and logistics coordination, with a focus on maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the receiving, storage, and proper handling of all incoming goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure data integrity.
- Supervise the picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet production and delivery schedules.
- Oversee warehouse documentation, ensuring all records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols within the warehouse to maintain a secure working environment.
- Coordinate closely with production and supply chain teams to align warehouse activities with operational demands.
- Monitor warehouse operations to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- A relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage warehouse operations effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in maintaining inventory systems and warehouse documentation.
