Warehouse Incharge

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Incharge to oversee the store and warehouse operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory management, maintain safe storage conditions, and guarantee timely issuance and dispatch of materials. This role requires close coordination with various departments to support smooth production and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, store, and issue raw materials, packaging, and finished goods efficiently.
- Maintain precise stock records by conducting regular physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies with the system.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) principles along with maintaining housekeeping and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Collaborate effectively with production, purchasing, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise warehouse personnel and oversee loading and unloading activities to maintain productivity and safety.
- Prepare and submit daily reports related to stock levels, Goods Received Notes (GRN), and dispatch activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a warehouse or store in-charge, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and documentation procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and warehouse operations effectively.
