What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Warehouse Incharge to join our Supply Chain Team.

Ensure timely and accurate receipt of stocks in the warehouse.
Responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy in stock at warehouse.
Monitor and maintain finished goods stock at warehouse with minimum loss/damages.
Timely reporting and reporting of the damaged stock.
Ensure daily cycle as well as monthly stock count of finished goods.
Ensure safety and security of warehouse with the help of administration.
On job training of Warehouse staff.
Maintain proper documentations and records; making monthly progress report.
To ensure all Stores activities are carried smoothly.
Maintain better relationships with dealers, sale and service team.
Ensure proper delivery/dispatch to dealers with zero loss.
Responsible for accurate planning of vehicle trips to the markets.
Ensure warehouse is properly cleaned and housekeeping is maintained as per standards
Payment of all utility bills for their respective location
Any additional responsibility instructed by the Line Manager or Head of Department.
Recording all transactions in SAP in real time and ensuring WMS mapping with SAP reports
Maintaining record of Proof of deliveries (PODs) after each stock delivery, according to issued delivery note to complete the delivery cycle
Maintaining and reporting FIFO dispatch system on deliveries to achieve FIFO targets

This position is in Karachi, Pakistan.

How do we describe a perfect match?

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, dispatch, and logistics.
Proficiency in SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS), with strong knowledge of FIFO, stock audits and reconciliation, warehouse operating procedures, safety and security standards, and excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
