Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of stock in the warehouse.
- Maintain 100% accuracy of stock records within the warehouse.
- Monitor and manage finished goods inventory to minimize loss and damage.
- Report damaged stock promptly and accurately.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly stock audits of finished goods.
- Oversee warehouse safety and security in coordination with administration.
- Provide on-the-job training to warehouse staff.
- Maintain proper documentation and records, including monthly progress reports.
- Ensure smooth execution of all store activities.
- Foster strong relationships with dealers, sales, and service teams.
- Manage delivery and dispatch processes to dealers with zero loss.
- Plan vehicle trips efficiently to markets.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
- Handle payment of utility bills for the warehouse location.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Head of Department.
- Record all transactions in SAP in real time and ensure Warehouse Management System (WMS) mapping aligns with SAP reports.
- Maintain records of Proof of Deliveries (PODs) after each stock delivery to complete the delivery cycle.
- Implement and report on FIFO dispatch system to meet FIFO targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, dispatch, and logistics.
- Proficiency in SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong knowledge of FIFO principles, stock audits, reconciliation, warehouse procedures, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
