Warehouse Incharge

WeCompany, located in Lahore near Defence Road and COMSATS University, is seeking a Warehouse/Store Manager with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse procedures, preferably within the food industry. This role requires hands-on experience with Odoo and SAP systems, along with proficiency in MS Excel and meticulous record-keeping skills. The position is full-time and based on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse and store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective stock control measures.
- Monitor the receiving, issuing, storage, and reconciliation of stock.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and inventory reports are submitted on time.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, accounts, and other relevant departments.
- Maintain proper warehouse organization while adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse or store management.
- Proven hands-on experience with Odoo and SAP software platforms.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and excellent record-keeping abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in the food industry will be considered a strong plus.
- Competitive salary range of PKR 80,000 to 90,000 per month, along with additional benefits.
- Work location is in person at the Defence Road facility in Lahore.
