Warehouse Incharge (Multan)

Bin Bakar International is seeking a skilled and responsible Warehouse Incharge to manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, receiving, storage, and dispatch activities. The successful candidate will ensure smooth and efficient warehouse functioning, maintain accurate inventory records, handle stock properly, and guarantee timely order fulfillment while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations: Oversee and manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring proper receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Maintain an organized warehouse layout to optimize storage space utilization. Supervise loading and unloading processes to ensure accuracy and safety, and ensure timely processing and dispatch of customer orders.

Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain precise inventory records and document stock movements. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement teams for timely replenishment. Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits, investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, or excess inventory. Implement proper FIFO/FEFO practices and monitor damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock, reporting as necessary.

Team Management: Supervise warehouse staff, including storekeepers, helpers, and loaders. Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance to ensure discipline, productivity, and effective coordination. Provide training on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of Goods Receiving Notes (GRNs), Delivery Notes, Stock Transfer Notes, and Dispatch Reports. Ensure thorough documentation of all incoming and outgoing inventory. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock and warehouse performance. Keep detailed records of stock adjustments, returns, and damaged goods.

Coordination & Compliance: Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth distribution and timely order fulfillment. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within FMCG or distribution sectors.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple warehouse activities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or import and distribution companies.
- Proven track record managing high-volume inventory and multiple SKUs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP-based inventory operations.
