Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, unloading, inspecting, and organizing incoming materials and supplies.
- Pack and prepare items securely for dispatch while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensure safe and efficient storage of stock within the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with transport and operations teams to support seamless bus service operations.
- Assist in conducting periodic stock audits, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment at all times.

Required Qualifications

- Proven skills in shipping, receiving, and unloading materials efficiently.
- Competence in packing goods securely and accurately for storage and dispatch.
- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics is preferred.
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic computer literacy for managing inventory systems and generating reports.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- A relevant diploma or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse management is an advantage.
