- Perform detailed quality inspections on incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, verifying specifications, labeling, batch numbers, expiry dates, and packaging integrity against established standards.
- Identify, segregate, and report defective, damaged, expired, or non-conforming stock to prevent compromised products from entering the supply chain.
- Coordinate with quality assurance, production, and warehouse teams to resolve quality-related concerns and facilitate smooth material flow.
- Monitor warehouse operations to enforce compliance with procedures including proper labeling, organization, stock rotation practices (FIFO/FEFO), storage conditions, and cleanliness.
- Generate daily inventory and quality control reports detailing stock movements, discrepancies, quality issues, and stock adjustments to support management decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor a team of two personnel, ensuring efficient task allocation, performance tracking, and adherence to operational protocols.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to manage stock availability, anticipate material shortages, and ensure timely replenishment to support uninterrupted production schedules.
- Oversee documentation accuracy for all inventory transactions and ensure compliance with internal control policies and audit requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of rejected stock, damaged goods, and expired materials to facilitate compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Engage with vendors, contractors, and service providers to monitor delivery schedules, material quality, and contract fulfillment relevant to warehouse operations.
- Implement continuous process improvements aimed at minimizing stock losses, optimizing inventory accuracy, and enhancing overall warehouse operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management systems, preferably Odoo.
- Strong knowledge of stock rotation methods such as FIFO and FEFO.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
