Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse and store operations efficiently.
- Handle receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials with accuracy.
- Maintain precise inventory and stock records to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Conduct frequent physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure materials are properly arranged, labeled, and stored safely to prevent damage or loss.
- Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Production, and other relevant departments to streamline processes.
- Maintain all warehouse documentation and inventory records in an organized manner.
- Uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and discipline within the warehouse environment.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management procedures.
- Ability to conduct physical stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and records.
