Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor position is based in Karachi and requires a graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in warehousing within a reputable industry. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management and smooth workflow. Candidates with experience using SAP systems will have an added advantage. This is a full-time, in-person role that demands strong organizational skills and the ability to manage warehouse staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to maintain accuracy and timeliness in inventory handling.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of goods according to company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing safety protocols and compliance.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to streamline warehouse operations.
- Utilize SAP or other warehouse management systems to track inventory and generate reports.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and maintain productivity.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse supervision within a reputable industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using SAP or similar warehouse management software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
