We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, including order processing, inventory movement, system updates, and labor coordination. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with warehouse management systems, with hands-on experience in Odoo considered a strong advantage. This role requires effective supervision of warehouse staff and ensuring smooth operational flow to meet customer and internal demands.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and manage the workforce efficiently.
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and movement of orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular system-based inventory updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other departments regarding orders and stock requirements.
- Monitor inventory placement, loading/unloading activities, and material handling processes.
- Assign tasks to warehouse labor and monitor their productivity and discipline.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all warehouse activities.
- Identify stock discrepancies and promptly report operational issues to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in computer-based systems and MS Office applications.
- Understanding of order processing and inventory management principles.
- Ability to supervise and manage warehouse labor effectively.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on warehouse environment.
