This role is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the Korangi Warehouses, ensuring that all activities related to storage, handling, and movement of materials are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with EHS, QMS, GMP, and GHK standards. The position involves implementing warehouse strategies, overseeing inventory control, driving operational excellence, and providing leadership and administrative support to warehouse staff. The goal is to meet business objectives and customer requirements while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee warehouse and dispensary operations including receipt, storage, dispensing, issuance, and dispatch of materials and products, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GQP, GQMP, and business standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock reconciliation, variance investigation, and corrective action implementation.
- Ensure materials are stored, handled, and distributed under approved conditions to preserve product quality and integrity.
- Manage timely and accurate SAP transactions and maintain compliant warehouse documentation.
- Implement and sustain cGMP, QMS, EHS, and regulatory requirements within warehouse operations.
- Lead compliance activities such as self-inspections, Management Monitoring (L1), Independent Business Monitoring (L2), Independent Assurance (L3), Regulatory/DRAP audits (L4), CAPA management, risk assessments, and ensure timely closure of compliance actions.
- Develop and coach warehouse personnel through training, performance management, and competency development initiatives.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and operational performance, driving continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage warehouse resources and budgets to optimize operational efficiency and meet business goals.
- Foster a culture of safety and operational excellence through GEMBA activities, hazard identification, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or materials management.
- Knowledge of process safety, risk management, deviations, CAPA, change control, and audit systems.
- Practical experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Strong skills in planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
