Hospital Administrator

Waresa Islam Trust is looking for a highly experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee and manage hospital operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain quality healthcare services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all departments, manage staff, implement policies, and maintain PHC MSDS standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee daily hospital operations and administrative activities.
Ensure compliance with Punjab Health Commission (PHC) MSDS indicators.
Manage staff performance, duty rosters, and operational workflows.
Monitor patient services, OPD/IPD operations, and overall service quality.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and support departments.
Prepare and implement hospital SOPs, policies, and safety protocols.
Manage procurement, maintenance, and facility-related tasks.
Control budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
Handle external audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
