Manager Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Manager Marketing to lead, plan, and execute marketing strategies across all business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand visibility, managing campaigns, overseeing digital and traditional marketing, and ensuring strong coordination with Sales and Production teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing marketing strategies for the Shoes & Chemical business units.
Designing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Managing brand identity, promotional activities & marketing materials.
Market research, competitor analysis & identifying new business opportunities.
Coordinating with Sales, Production & Retail teams for campaign alignment.
Managing marketing budgets and performance analytics.
Supervising the marketing team and ensuring timely project execution.
