Finance Executive

As a Finance Executive at Waresa Industry (Pvt) Limited, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing financial strategies that strengthen the company's financial position. You will lead your team through accurate budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring daily cash transactions to facilitate practical financial decisions. You will provide insightful financial reports and analysis to senior management to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business objectives.
Manage cash flow effectively using ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, ensuring liquidity and financial stability.
Prepare, review, and analyze budgets and forecasts aligning with company targets.
Oversee daily cash management activities and transactions to ensure accurate accounting.
Generate detailed financial reports and statements for management review.
Lead and mentor a team of three finance personnel, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Coordinate with other departments to integrate financial management practices and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Monitor financial risks and suggest necessary corrective actions to mitigate exposure.
Assist in audit preparation and collaborate with internal and external auditors.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.
