A well-established manufacturing company based in the SITE Area of Karachi is looking to hire a Warranty Advisor for a full-time, on-site position. The role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background and relevant experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in mechanical, electrical, or electronics disciplines. The Warranty Advisor will be responsible for managing warranty-related tasks, ensuring accurate processing of claims, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Manage and process warranty claims promptly and in line with company policies. Collaborate closely with production and quality control teams to verify and investigate warranty issues. Serve as a point of contact for customers and internal departments to address and resolve warranty-related concerns efficiently. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all warranty cases and prepare necessary reports to support management decisions. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing product quality and streamlining warranty procedures.
Required Qualifications
Diploma (D.A.E) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering is mandatory. Candidates should have between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar warranty-related role within the manufacturing industry. A strong understanding of warranty processes and manufacturing operations is essential. Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities are required to manage multiple tasks and interact effectively with teams and customers. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle competing priorities is also important.
