- Perform execution of accounting & finance operations.
- Development, implement SOPs & take corrective actions to strengthen organizational internal control systems.
- Co-ordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals & objectives.
- Train accounting & finance human resources, check assigned tasks & performance appraisal.
- Supervise whole process of procurement/sales & reconciliation of party ledgers.
- Receivables & payables management.
- Review & supervise all cash/bank receipts, payments & reconciliations.
- Main cash handling.
- Dealing with bank for updates, financial instruments etc.
- Administration of payroll, loans, advances & deductions.
- Accruals, prepayments, non-cash adjustments, month-end & year-end closing of accounts.
- Manage Inter-company transaction.
- Perform product costing.
- Review & supervise processing / conversion of goods in software
- Review & supervise physical stock taking & stock reconciliation report.
- Preparation of management reports / financial statements periodically and on demand.
- Co-ordinate with a consultant for e-filing of monthly sales tax returns, quarterly and annual withholding income tax statements, and annual income tax returns & prepare replies and appeals regarding notices served by a government departments.
