1. Objective
The engagement of the environmental firm is meant to test the ambient air quality, water quality and ambient noise level of the project sites in District Chagai and Killa Saif Ullah Balochistan
2. Scope of Work
The organization/firm will be responsible for:
· Conducting tests of the following parameters
(a) Ambient Air
(b) Ambient Noise Level
(c) Groundwater: Physical, Biological and Chemical Parameters

· Frequency of test
(a) The frequency of the tests for air and water will be three times i-e before, during and at the end of the project for each site.
(b) The frequency of the noise level test will be done once i-e during the project for each site.
· Report Sharing
(a) Compiled pre-project water and air quality report
(b) Compiled during project noise level and water and air quality report
(c) Compiled post-project water and air quality report
(d) A draft final consolidated report
(e) Final Report
1. Copyrights
· The organization /consultancy firm will be responsible to follow the guidelines of organization. All deliverables are required to be approved by organization . All data/repots produced during the consultancy will be treated as organizations property and cannot be used elsewhere without prior approval.
1. Eligibility
The laboratory/firm should be;
(a) Certified with the respective Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
(b) Registered with FBR and respective taxation authorities for Income Tax and Sales Tax (for non-local firms/companies/ organizations).
(c) And also, should have at least five years of experience in the relevant field.
1. Requirements
Qualified and interested parties are required to submit the following:
(a) A copy of the profile of laboratory/firm with core team members, which should outline the qualifications and relevant experiences of key technical members.
(b) List relevant completed projects
(c) Proof of equipment with pictorial evidences
(d) Proposal clearly demonstrating a thorough understanding of the ToRs.
(e) A technical and financial proposal including:
§ Itemized Consultancy/lab fee/costs
§ Itemized Administrative expenses

2. Mode of Payment
· On award and signature of project @25% of the total cost shall be paid.
· On submission of Pre-project water and air quality report @25% of the total cost shall be paid.
· On submission of During-project noise, water and air quality report @25% of the total cost shall be paid.
· On submission of Post-project water and air quality report @25% of the total cost shall be paid.
