We are hiring a Fiber Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in fiber optic installation, splicing, and troubleshooting, and ready to contribute to our mission of delivering fast, reliable internet across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Install, splice, and maintain fiber optic cables (FTTH, GPON) 
  • Conduct fiber testing using OTDR, power meters, and other tools 
  • Perform site surveys, troubleshoot faults, and support service restorations 
  • Work with the NOC and Technical Support teams to ensure service reliability 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installation, testing, and repair work 
  • Ensure all fieldwork follows safety protocols and quality standards.

Requirements: 

  • 1–2 years of experience in fiber optic installation or a similar field role 
  • Familiarity with GPON, FTTH, fiber splicing, and relevant tools 
  • Understanding of network topologies and fiber optic infrastructure
  • Ability to interpret fiber layout plans and schematics
  • Willingness to travel within the region and work flexible hours 
  • Diploma/Certification in Telecom, Electrical, or related technical field.
