Ways Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Procurement Specialist for a fully remote position based in Pakistan, working UK shift hours from Monday to Friday. This role focuses on leading product sourcing strategies for an expanding international e-commerce business. The specialist will identify high-margin inventory items, evaluate seller credibility on various global online platforms, and execute secure purchasing transactions. The ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of experience in e-commerce sourcing or virtual procurement, strong familiarity with digital marketplaces, and proficiency in business-level English communication. This role requires daily interaction with consumer-to-consumer and business-to-consumer platforms to spot trending and niche products, active negotiation to obtain favorable pricing, and managing order execution including invoice and record keeping. The specialist coordinates cross-border logistics, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and processing returns efficiently. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills are essential for inventory management and profit analysis. Candidates must have reliable high-speed internet and equipment to maintain connectivity during UK business hours. Although not managing a team, this role demands strong independent initiative and cross-functional collaboration with UK teams.
Responsibilities

Continuously monitor global C2C and B2C online platforms to identify trending, profitable, and niche inventory opportunities.
Lead strategic price negotiations by managing bids, making direct offers, and securing bulk or individual unit pricing to maximize profit margins.
Evaluate and audit seller credentials, including ratings, transaction history, and return policies to minimize risks related to product authenticity and delivery.
Execute daily purchase orders using company payment methods while maintaining accurate records of invoices, order IDs, and transaction details.
Coordinate with UK-based forwarders to track shipments, promptly resolve delivery exceptions, and manage return or refund processes efficiently.
Utilize advanced spreadsheet skills for inventory tracking, price calculations, margin analysis, and reporting to support procurement decisions.
Maintain constant communication with international sellers and internal teams in the UK to ensure seamless sourcing and order fulfillment.
Adapt to and navigate various overseas consumer auction portals, second-hand trade applications, and digital classified sites to expand sourcing channels.
Ensure uninterrupted operations during UK business hours by managing reliable hardware, software, and connectivity infrastructure.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the procurement workflow to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
