WE ARE HIRING FRESH ARCHITECT

Seemab Studio Islamabad is seeking a motivated and talented Fresh Architect or Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience who are eager to develop their skills in architectural design and planning. The role is based at our office in I-8 Markaz, Islamabad, and offers an opportunity to work on residential projects while gaining hands-on experience in architectural drawings, site visits, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop residential house planning and design concepts.
- Prepare architectural drawings, including 2D plans, elevations, and sections.
- Create 3D front elevation concepts using SketchUp or similar tools.
- Produce working drawings and documentation for project execution.
- Prepare submission drawings in compliance with CDA/RDA by-laws.
- Conduct site visits to take measurements and assist with project assessments.
- Collaborate with senior architects and support ongoing architectural projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with a good command over drafting and detailing.
- Basic knowledge of architectural planning and house design principles.
- Ability to produce accurate 2D plans, elevations, and sections.
- Familiarity with SketchUp or other 3D modeling software at a basic level.
- Understanding of working drawings and project documentation processes.
- Basic awareness of CDA/RDA by-laws and submission requirements.
- Strong creative design sense and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
