IGNITION SEEDS is seeking an experienced and results-oriented professional to lead its Seed Business division. This leadership role is pivotal to driving the company’s growth and expanding its market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the seed business, including sales, marketing, production, procurement, and distribution. Based in Jhang Sadar, Punjab, this position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic agricultural enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall seed business operations, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, production, procurement, and distribution functions.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans aimed at revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Oversee dealer networks, regional sales teams, and field operations to maximize market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Manage seed production planning, quality assurance processes, and supply chain logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Identify and evaluate new crop segments, emerging business opportunities, and potential strategic partnerships to diversify and strengthen the business portfolio.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the seed industry or agricultural inputs sector.
- Proven track record in senior management roles with strong expertise in business development and sales leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of hybrid seeds, seed production techniques, marketing strategies, and distribution networks.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities combined with excellent communication, commercial acumen, and decision-making skills.
