WE ARE HIRING: International Outreach & Portal Associate (Night Shift)

Kodestra is expanding its operations team and seeking a motivated and detail-oriented International Outreach & Portal Associate to join the Rawalpindi office. This role focuses on managing international client pipelines and executing B2B outreach campaigns during night shift hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, drafting compelling proposals, and tracking lead progress to support the company’s global business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage B2B outreach campaigns using the company’s internal portal.
- Draft high-converting proposals and bids tailored to global technical and agency requirements.
- Coordinate initial client interactions during international business hours to ensure smooth communication.
- Monitor and track daily pipeline metrics and lead movement to maintain accurate reporting and follow-up.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Upwork proposal writing, B2B lead generation, or sales outreach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Full availability for daily physical attendance during the night shift in Rawalpindi.
- Must be located in or able to commute to Satellite Town / 6th Road, Rawalpindi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 50,000 per month, with uncapped incentives based on performance.
