WE ARE HIRING | Talent Acquisition Specialist (BPO)

Mars BPO is seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, attracting top talent, and supporting the company’s growth by building a high-performing workforce. This position requires confidence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The role operates on a night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, offering a competitive salary of up to PKR 80,000. The work location is in person at Mars BPO.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for BPO and call center roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain organized records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
- Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates and build a talent pool.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is preferred.
- Proven ability to hire candidates specifically for BPO or call center positions is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments concurrently.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
