- Preparing and posting of vouchers on a daily basis
- Preparing bank reconciliation
- Prepare and dispatch monthly invoices to customers;
- Contact customers by phone to follow up on receivables;
- Co-ordinate with sales representatives for collection of receivables;
- Resolving any customer billing/receivable related issues;
- Ensuring customer ledger is accurate and up-to-date;
