Web Designer

We are looking for a talented and design-oriented Senior Web Designer with 2 to 3 years of practical experience in high-performance WordPress development, specializing in Elementor Pro and WPBakery Page Builder. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for modern UI/UX design, precise typography, responsive grid systems, and creating high-conversion landing pages. Beyond assembling pages with builders, you should be skilled in writing clean custom CSS to tackle complex layout issues, override theme limitations, and implement bespoke design systems efficiently without affecting overall site performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end conceptualization and deployment of high-converting WordPress websites, landing pages, and multi-level mega menus using Elementor Pro and WPBakery Page Builder.
- Custom CSS Engineering: Develop granular, modular CSS and HTML snippets to create custom UI animations, interactive hover effects, micro-interactions, and mobile-specific layout adjustments.
- Design System Translation: Convert complex designs from Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD mockups into pixel-perfect, fully responsive WordPress layouts, ensuring no compromise on design accuracy.
- Performance & Core Web Vitals: Optimize web assets, reduce DOM tree depth, streamline rendering paths, and manage script loading to achieve high PageSpeed scores and minimal layout shifts (CLS).
- Cross-Browser & Device Audit: Perform thorough quality assurance testing to ensure flawless responsiveness and consistent rendering across all browsers and screen sizes.
- Plugin & Builder Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve conflicts related to themes, CSS caching, and page builder glitches to maintain site uptime and design integrity.

Required Qualifications

- Commercial Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional experience designing and developing corporate, e-commerce, or service-oriented websites, preferably within a fast-paced agency setting.
- Page Builder Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with Elementor Pro and WPBakery Page Builder. Experience working with premium themes such as Impreza, Astra, or Divi is highly desirable.
- Front-End Styling: Strong knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5, including Flexbox, CSS Grid, media queries, keyframe animations, and advanced class targeting techniques.
- UI/UX & Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, spatial design, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and web typography principles including font pairing, line height, and scalable units (rem/px).
- WordPress Ecosystem: Deep familiarity with core WordPress features, custom taxonomies, theme settings, and common integrations such as Contact Form 7, WooCommerce, and Rank Math.
