Web Designer / UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Web Designer to join our team and contribute to designing modern, user-friendly, and high-converting websites. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of professional experience in web design, with a strong command of contemporary design tools and the ability to produce engaging visual content tailored for various business and service-based websites. This role requires a motivated individual who can translate basic ideas and briefs into polished, professional website designs that enhance user experience and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design complete website UI/UX for corporate, service-based, and business websites.
- Create modern, clean, responsive, and conversion-focused website layouts.
- Develop website pages including Home, Services, Location Pages, Landing Pages, Contact, and other essential sections.
- Establish consistent design systems covering typography, spacing, buttons, forms, and other visual elements.
- Ensure all designs are fully responsive across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile devices.
- Collaborate closely with developers, SEO specialists, and content teams to ensure designs are practical and SEO-friendly.
- Enhance existing website designs based on usability feedback and conversion optimization requirements.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in web design and UI/UX.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design techniques.
- Proven experience designing websites from the ground up.
- Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to deliver modern, professional designs with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with conversion-focused landing page design is highly preferred.

- Monthly compensation ranges from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
