Web Developer

We are looking for a talented WordPress developer to convert Figma design files into fully functional, responsive WordPress pages. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure the website reflects the overall vision and meets project requirements. This role requires a strong emphasis on cross-browser and device compatibility, website performance optimization, and adherence to SEO best practices. Additionally, the developer will implement animations, micro-interactions, and advanced front-end features to enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert Figma design files into responsive WordPress pages that perform seamlessly across various browsers and devices.
- Work collaboratively with design, marketing, and content teams to understand project goals and technical specifications.
- Optimize website performance, including load speed and SEO, to deliver an excellent user experience and improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement animations, micro-interactions, and other advanced front-end features as needed.
- Maintain a clean, modular, and well-documented codebase to facilitate future updates and scalability.
- Integrate and configure WordPress plugins, forms, tracking codes, and CMS logic to fulfill project requirements.
- Conduct regular site maintenance, updates, and improvements to ensure ongoing functionality and security.
- Design and develop Shopify websites as part of broader development responsibilities.
- Utilize Elementor and WP Bakery page builders for theme and layout customization.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to tailor the website according to specific business needs.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in converting design files such as Figma into responsive WordPress websites.
- Strong expertise in WordPress theme and plugin customization.
- Proficiency with Elementor and WP Bakery page builders.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and animation techniques.
- Experience with website optimization focusing on performance, load speed, and SEO best practices.
- Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
- Skilled in integrating and configuring plugins, forms, tracking codes, and CMS logic.
- Familiarity with Shopify website creation and design.
- Capability to perform regular site maintenance and updates.
