Web Developer

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites for both the company and its clients, ensuring a seamless and professional digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites that function smoothly across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Create professional business websites and landing pages tailored to client requirements.
- Utilize current web development frameworks to build and customize websites, primarily using WordPress and other suitable content management systems.
- Maintain existing websites by troubleshooting technical issues, implementing updates, and ensuring consistent performance.
- Optimize website speed, usability, and basic on-page SEO to enhance user experience and search engine visibility.
- Integrate essential website features such as contact forms, booking forms, social media links, and other interactive elements.
- Collaborate closely with graphic design and digital marketing teams to maintain consistent branding and design standards.
- Ensure website security, functionality, and compatibility across all major browsers.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver completed websites within agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing previously developed websites.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with ongoing web development frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress development and management.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design and mobile optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of website hosting, domain management, SSL certificates, and deployment processes.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with backend development technologies such as PHP and MySQL.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and proficiency with website design tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress page builders like Elementor.
- Experience integrating third-party tools, plugins, APIs, and custom website forms.
- Understanding of website security measures, backup procedures, and ongoing maintenance.
- Prior experience developing websites for businesses, professional service firms, or digital marketing agencies is highly desirable.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs75,000.
