Web Developer

BRILZEN, a rapidly growing and innovative startup based in Lahore, is looking for a skilled Web Developer to join their on-site team at Gulberg II Main Market. The company provides a comprehensive platform offering high-quality freelance services designed to streamline collaboration, reduce costs, and eliminate the need for multiple service providers. BRILZEN supports businesses of all sizes by delivering services such as social media management, email management, administrative assistance, customer support, cold calling, lead generation, graphic design, and WordPress development. The Web Developer will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites that enhance user experience and align with marketing objectives. This role involves close collaboration with designers, content creators, and SEO specialists to ensure seamless and effective digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and improve responsive websites for a diverse range of clients.
- Work closely with designers to convert UI/UX designs into functional, engaging websites.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Build and customize websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and overall user experience.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest web technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support for website-related challenges and queries.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Web Developer in an onsite work environment.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with CMS platforms including WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team setting.
- Strong time management skills with the capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular is advantageous.
- Knowledge of back-end development technologies like Node.js, Laravel, or Python is a plus.
- Full-time on-site work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 PM to 5 AM.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 65,000.
