Web Developer & Social Media Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Web Developer with expertise in WordPress and social media marketing to join our team in Pakistan on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in web development and digital marketing within the automotive or garage services industry. This role involves managing and developing websites, building custom web applications, and supporting social media marketing efforts. The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently, using AI tools to enhance productivity, and applying modern technologies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, update, and maintain WordPress websites, including managing themes, plugins, pages, forms, and overall site functionality. Customize websites to meet specific business needs while ensuring responsiveness and mobile compatibility.
- Troubleshoot website errors, improve performance, maintain security, and handle backups and ongoing maintenance.
- Build custom web applications and internal tools using front-end and back-end technologies, databases, and APIs. Develop features such as online booking systems, enquiry forms, customer portals, and garage management tools.
- Integrate third-party services and automate business processes to improve operational efficiency. Maintain existing applications and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to assist with coding, debugging, content creation, and problem-solving. Write effective AI prompts and verify AI-generated outputs to ensure quality and accuracy. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for business improvements.
- Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Create engaging posts, promotional graphics, videos, and marketing content. Plan and schedule content consistently to support SEO, website traffic growth, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media engagement and marketing performance. Assist with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Practical experience in web development, WordPress management, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience creating, updating, and troubleshooting WordPress websites independently.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in at least one back-end technology or framework.
- Ability to develop or contribute to custom web applications.
- Practical experience using AI tools for coding, content creation, research, troubleshooting, or automation.
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Effective communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, or Python.
- Knowledge of WordPress custom themes, plugin configuration, and custom development.
- Skills in database design, API integrations, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
