Web Developer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Web Developer to join our team at our Wah Cantt office, located in New City Phase 2, opposite Suffah School, Malik Arcade Plaza on the 1st floor. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and high-performance websites. You will take the lead on technical projects, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to both front-end and back-end development using modern web technologies. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about delivering user-focused solutions and maintaining high standards of code quality and security.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality websites that meet business and user needs.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and security standards.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and recommend enhancements to improve existing systems.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in web development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and expert-level knowledge of WordPress.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
