SOAR PR is a renowned digital and PR agency based in Dubai, UAE, known for delivering comprehensive 360° marketing campaigns across sectors including Automotive, Real Estate, Tourism, and F&B. We are looking for a results-oriented Web Developer with strong expertise in On-Page SEO to join our remote team. The role centers on utilizing AI tools and executing technical and on-page SEO optimizations, primarily on WordPress platforms. The successful candidate will focus on improving site speed, managing SEO configurations, and ensuring the website’s optimal performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT to create and structure high-converting web pages.
- Develop and maintain responsive WordPress pages using Elementor, ensuring precise implementation of design mock-ups.
- Apply comprehensive on-page SEO best practices, including metadata optimization, heading hierarchy, and internal linking strategies.
- Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest to identify valuable opportunities, develop keyword mapping templates, and strategically place keywords.
- Manage technical SEO elements including sitemaps, robots.txt files, and AI-crawling directives (e.g., LLM.TXT) to enhance search engine visibility.
- Optimize core web vitals and overall site speed to consistently achieve top performance scores on both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Ensure website security and data integrity by configuring firewalls, authentication protocols, and automated backup systems.
- Integrate tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager to monitor conversions and user behavior.
- Set up and maintain DNS records to improve email deliverability and configure automated form responses, including DMARC, DKIM, and SPF protocols.
- Perform on-page SEO audits using SEMrush, proactively addressing technical issues related to schema markup, indexing, and structured data errors.
- Analyze competitor backlink profiles and on-page blog keyword strategies to inform and develop comprehensive SEO plans.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in WordPress development with strong proficiency in page builders, particularly Elementor.
- Extensive experience with SEMrush or similar SEO tools for on-page technical optimization and backlink analysis.
- Solid understanding of technical and on-page SEO fundamentals, including site architecture and indexation processes.
- Familiarity with web tracking, analytics integration, and setting up conversion tracking events.
- Proven track record of optimizing website performance to consistently achieve high scores on PageSpeed Insights.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results in a fully remote, full-time role.
