The Web Development Expert will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality web applications and platforms. This position requires building responsive user interfaces, integrating back-end services and APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices. The role involves close collaboration with designers, product teams, and engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Responsibilities also include reviewing and improving existing codebases, contributing to software architecture and best practices, troubleshooting issues, implementing security and usability standards, documenting technical work, and supporting deployment processes. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abbottabad Tehsil.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with a focus on responsive user interfaces and seamless user experiences.
- Integrate back-end services and APIs to ensure smooth data flow and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver robust technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Review, refactor, and improve existing codebases to enhance performance, security, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and user impact.
- Implement security best practices and usability standards to protect applications and enhance accessibility.
- Document technical processes, code changes, and deployment procedures to support team knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
- Participate in deployment and release management activities to ensure smooth rollouts of new features and updates.

Required Qualifications

- Strong front-end development skills with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Solid back-end development experience using server-side languages or frameworks like Node.js, PHP, .NET, or Python, along with RESTful API design expertise.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and integrating web applications with external services.
- Proficient in software engineering practices including version control (Git), testing, debugging, performance optimization, and secure coding standards.
- Skilled in UI/UX design principles and responsive design to create accessible, user-friendly interfaces across devices and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
