Web Development Faculty

National Institute of Skilled Training is seeking a motivated and skilled Web Development Trainer/Faculty to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and committed to fostering a professional and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training on Web Development modules including PHP, MySQL, Node.js, MERN stack, JavaScript, Python, Android, Basic Web Development, Advanced Full-Stack Web Development, WordPress, ASP.NET, C++, C#, and C.
- Use live projects and practical examples to clearly demonstrate technical concepts.
- Provide hands-on support and effectively address student queries to enhance their learning experience.
- Monitor and track student progress and performance regularly to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Mentor students in creating professional portfolios and developing practical projects that showcase their skills.
- Maintain an engaging, supportive, and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as an Instructor or Trainer in web development or related technical fields.
- Strong problem-solving abilities combined with excellent presentation skills to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Positive attitude with effective communication skills to connect with students and colleagues.
- Demonstrated nurturing and mentoring capabilities to support student development.
- Genuine passion for teaching and helping students acquire practical, industry-relevant technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
