We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Web & Information Systems Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our business websites, web applications, and information systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new digital solutions, upgrading existing platforms, implementing emerging technologies, and ensuring that our digital assets remain secure, functional, and aligned with the company’s branding and objectives. This hands-on position requires a combination of web development, information systems expertise, software implementation, and technical problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain professional business websites and web applications. Create new features, pages, and functionalities to meet evolving business needs. Perform regular updates, modifications, and improvements to ensure websites remain current and effective. Install, configure, integrate, and maintain software, web-based systems, plugins, and other technology solutions. Implement and integrate third-party platforms, APIs, tools, and advanced technologies into websites and business systems. Manage website hosting, domains, databases, backups, security, performance, and technical configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to websites, applications, software, and systems promptly. Upload, organize, update, and maintain digital content such as images, videos, documents, and product information. Ensure websites and digital platforms are visually professional, functional, responsive, and consistent across devices. Implement and maintain company branding, promotional content, campaigns, landing pages, and digital advertising requirements. Collaborate with management and various departments to translate business needs into effective digital and technical solutions. Recommend new technologies, software, tools, and systems to enhance business operations and digital presence. Monitor website performance, functionality, security, and availability, taking corrective actions as necessary. Maintain software and systems through updates, upgrades, configurations, and ongoing improvements. Assist with SEO, analytics, tracking tools, online campaigns, and other digital technologies when required. Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, processes, and technical changes. Ensure security, data protection, access controls, and backup procedures are properly followed. Stay current with emerging web technologies, software, AI tools, cybersecurity practices, and digital solutions. Provide general technical support related to the company’s websites, applications, and information systems.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in web development, website administration, information systems, or a similar technical role. Strong knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks. Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar systems. Understanding of databases, web hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, backups, and website security. Experience installing, configuring, and integrating software and web-based systems. Knowledge of APIs, third-party integrations, plugins, and web services. Good understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and provide practical solutions. Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, and digital advertising platforms is advantageous. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git is a plus. Strong attention to detail and understanding of professional website design and user experience. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with management and other departments.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with server-side programming languages such as PHP, Python, or Node.js. Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular. Knowledge of database systems including MySQL and PostgreSQL. Expertise in WordPress development and customization. Experience in API development and third-party integrations. Understanding of cloud platforms and hosting environments. Skills in cybersecurity and website security best practices. Proficiency in SEO and website performance optimization. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and digital advertising technologies. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and payment gateway integrations. Exposure to AI tools and automation technologies. Experience managing graphic/video content and digital media platforms.

This position offers a monthly salary range of Rs45,000 to Rs55,000 and requires in-person attendance at the work location.
