We are hiring a Customer Care Representative (Female) Home Based to manage customer queries and complaints for our US based customers.
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
· Must have inside and out knowledge of our product so that you can answer customer questions.
· Must Know how to processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
· The Candidate must have English language proficiency.
· At least 1 year experience working with customer support.
· The Candidate has its own Laptop and internet connection.
Timings: 11PM till 6AM
