SIAR DIGITAL is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Web QA Executive to join their quality assurance team. The position involves close collaboration with various departments to uphold high standards in website functionality and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update launch and sale checklists to ensure the website is fully prepared for updates and campaigns. Manage quality assurance processes for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Ensure websites go live smoothly without critical issues that could disrupt operations. Work on improving the overall shopping experience, from site landing pages to post-purchase follow-ups. Monitor site performance, analyze customer behavior, and leverage analytics to enhance user experience (UX). Conduct comprehensive testing to identify and resolve functionality or operational issues before website launches. Foster effective communication and maintain strong relationships across departments to align QA processes and standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or currently pursuing such a degree. Two to three years of relevant experience in web quality assurance or a related area. Basic understanding of website functionality and quality assurance methodologies. Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of the fashion and e-commerce markets is essential to understand the business context.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in establishing QA standards and processes is highly valued. This is a full-time, onsite position based in DHA Phase 1, Karachi, Pakistan, with morning shift working hours. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs80,000.
