Web Research & Data Entry Assistant

Digitancer Tech is expanding its team and currently seeking two Web Research & Data Entry Assistants. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with online research, data entry, spreadsheet management, and handling various client projects. It offers a valuable opportunity to grow into a long-term position with increasing responsibilities over time. Please note, this is a strictly office-based role with no options for remote or work-from-home arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online research and collect relevant data.
- Perform data entry, cleaning, and organization tasks.
- Generate B2B leads and conduct prospect research.
- Identify companies, professionals, and gather business information.
- Research email addresses and contact details.
- Work extensively with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Maintain accurate, well-structured datasets.
- Follow project-specific instructions and adhere to quality standards.
- Support various research and data-related client projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient English reading and comprehension skills.
- Strong computer and internet research abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of data entry and data management principles.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to carefully follow instructions.
- Good typing speed and organizational skills.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.

Experience with LinkedIn, lead generation, CRM systems, email research, or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates and candidates at the start of their careers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Starting salary is PKR 25,000 per month.
- The position is full-time with a 2-month probation period.
- Successful candidates demonstrating strong performance, reliability, and eagerness to learn may be offered permanent employment.
