We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, compensation, and compliance. The HR Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring employee satisfaction, and supporting the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to meet business needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Foster employee engagement initiatives and create a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management processes and implement continuous development programs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Certification in HR (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc.) preferred.
